- PLEASE NOTE: When enrolling, you have the option of having your donations processed by Faith Direct on the 4th or the 15th of each month. If you enroll after the 15th, the processing date will be in the next month. This means we will not receive offertory donations for the remainder of the current month. If you would like to offset this, Faith Direct offers an "Offertory Catch-up" option which you can utilize at the time of enrollment or any time by logging into your account.

  How does Faith Direct work?
  Faith Direct is a secure system that works directly with your bank or credit/debit card - much the same as other direct payments you may have set up for utility bills or mortgage payments.
  
  When do the transactions take place?
  Transactions take place once per month, on the 4th or the 15th (or the next business day). The total amount of your donations for the current month will be processed in one monthly transaction.
  
  Can I stop, increase or decrease my payment at any time?
  Yes, by calling Faith Direct toll-free at 866-507-8757, by emailing [email protected], or by logging in to your account online through www.faithdirect.net.
  
  How does Cathedral of the Holy Spirit benefit from my participation in Faith Direct?
  Our church will see a substantial increase in net revenue, a decrease in administrative costs, and a clearer picture of cash flow for our church's needs. When you give electronically, we're also able to decrease the amount spent on printing and postage for the paper collection envelopes.
  
  I would feel strange not placing a check or envelope in the offering basket. What should I do?
  We realize that the offertory collection is an important part of church services. For those enrolled in the system, Faith Direct provides "offertory cards" to drop in the collection basket as a visible sign of your electronic donations. These cards indicate your name and Cathedral of the Holy Spirit. They are not specific to a particular collection, and can be used as often or as infrequently as you'd like. Faith Direct sends a packet of cards approximately two weeks after they receive your enrollment, and again each year on the anniversary of your enrollment. If you run out of offertory cards, please email Faith Direct at [email protected] or call them toll free at 866-507-8757 to request more.
  
  How do I retrieve my Tax Statement detailing my contributions from the previous year?
  Cathedral of the Holy Spirit will include your Faith Direct donations on the end-of-the year statement that is sent to your home.
  
  Do I have to re-enroll in the Faith Direct program each year?
  You are not required to re-enroll in the Faith Direct program each year; enrollment carries over from year to year. You can change your gift amounts at any point throughout the year by contacting Faith Direct toll free at 866-507-8757 or by accessing your account online through www.faithdirect.net.
